Shipping policies

These shipping guidelines inform you about our delivery conditions in accordance with the requirements of the EU Consumer Rights and Information Regulations.

1. Shipping times

Orders for in-stock items received before 2:00 PM on working days* will be processed the same day and typically delivered within 3–5 working days .

*Working days = Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays at the shipping location) Note: Slight delays may occur during peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday).

2. Shipping service provider

We ship climate-neutrally via DHL GoGreen .

Switching to other shipping providers is currently not possible.

3. Shipping costs

Germany

  • Free shipping for orders over 50 €

  • Orders under 50 €: 4.90 € shipping costs

Austria

  • Flat rate shipping: €5.90 per order

  • Delivery time: 5–8 working days

Other EU countries

We also deliver to other EU member states.

Shipping costs: The exact shipping costs for your country will be displayed transparently during checkout – in compliance with the EU Geoblocking Regulation.

Delivery times: Depending on the destination country, the delivery time is usually 5-10 working days

4. Delivery locations

We deliver to:

  • Private addresses

  • Company addresses

  • Packstations (DHL)

  • Hotels and golf clubs

5. Change delivery address

You can change your delivery address up to one hour after completing your order . After that, the order must be canceled and resubmitted.

6. Express shipping

We currently do not offer express shipping .

7. Shipping location

All orders are shipped from our logistics center in Lörrach (Baden-Württemberg, Germany) .

8. Shipment tracking

After shipping, you will receive a tracking email with the shipment number and a link to track your package.

There you can:

  • check the status of your shipment

  • Adjust delivery options (e.g. drop-off location, preferred day)

9. Sustainability

We rely exclusively on DHL GoGreen to offset the CO₂ footprint of each shipment through climate protection projects.

10. Consumer information

  • All prices include VAT.

  • No discrimination based on place of residence: You can order from any EU member state (EU Geoblocking Regulation).
